Fun & Games

Fun & Games by Duane Swierczynski

Duane Swierczynski’s Fun & Games wasn’t bad. But it wasn’t good either. It just kind of was. It’s fairly entertaining, and very fast to read. Some of the violence is very 24-ish, and the ridiculousness of the lead character, Charlie Hardie, cannot be overstated.

The most annoying thing is the POV shifts. Sometimes, you have it shift for just a sentence or two. It’s not hard to follow, just annoying.

But I like it enough to read the next one.
